Badlands Seamless Gutters is a fast-growing, high-quality gutter company built on one standard: Reputation Over Revenue. We install seamless gutters the right way, treat customers with respect, and operate like pros on every jobsite.

We're hiring a Lead Gutter Installer to run a crew, own install quality, and set the pace. You don't need gutter experience. We'll train you on the install work. You do need to have led people before. You're the one the crew looks to and the one the customer remembers.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Lead a 2-3 person install crew on residential and light commercial projects
• Run the seamless gutter machine and dial in every run (we'll train you)
• Plan the day: routes, materials, machine setup, and crew assignments
• Measure, cut, and assemble gutter systems with accuracy
• Install hangers, outlets, miters, end caps, splash guards, and extensions
• Walk the finished job with the customer and make sure everything drains right
• Train and coach technicians to Badlands install standards
• Enforce safety on ladders, roofs, and around the machine
• Keep trucks stocked, tools maintained, and job sites clean
• Communicate with the office on schedules, materials, and job notes

Requirements (Must Have)

• Proven leadership experience: you've run a crew, team, or shift and people followed you
• Minimum age 18
• Ability to lift 150+ lbs and work outdoors in heat and cold
• Valid driver's license and a record clean enough to drive a company truck
• Trailer towing experience
• Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
• Able to read a tape measure fast and accurately
• Professional with customers and steady under pressure

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience in gutters, roofing, siding, fascia/soffit, or construction
• Experience running a seamless gutter machine
• Knowledge of gutter guards, half-round systems, and box gutters
• Basic estimating or material takeoff experience
