Dustin is finishing up high school while working full-time with our team, showing a level of commitment and drive that’s hard to find. He grew up alongside his dad in construction, giving him a strong foundation and work ethic from day one. While he’s new to gutter installation, Dustin brings the kind of attitude we value most—hungry to learn, dependable, and willing to put in the work to get better every day. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, snowboarding, and hiking—always staying active and pushing himself.
